Payment is collected prior to the experience. Fans are charged a "No-Show-No-Pay" fee upon confirming the booking, with the full amount charged five (5) hours before the scheduled experience.

Can Fans request a refund?

Refunds are available for cancellations made according to our Terms of Service. If you need to request a refund, please contact our support team. Note that refunds will not be processed for last-minute cancellations or completed Experiences.
